Data protection and data security for customers and users are a high priority for be.storaged. The protection of your personal data in all our business processes is therefore of particular concern to us. This data protection declaration explains what information is collected on our website during your visit and how this information is used. If you have a concern or a request, you can contact us via our contact form. The following data is collected by be.storaged as part of the contact process: title, first name, last name, address, email address, customer number (if customer) and the request. The data is processed for the purpose of processing and answering your request. The data will be deleted depending on your request. Data processing takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Newsletter
If you are a customer of be.storaged and have provided your email address as part of the customer relationship, we may subsequently use it to send you a newsletter.
You also have the option of subscribing to the free newsletter on our website.
The following data is collected when you register via our website:
Mandatory fields: Email address, desired topic, date and time of registration
Voluntary information: Title, first name, last name, postal code, date of birth, customer number

Online application
If you apply to be.storaged, we process your personal data to process your application. Your applicant data will only be used for this purpose and within the framework of the statutory provisions. Your data will be treated confidentially. We only collect personal data from you that is required for the application process. Your data will be made available to the manager of the respective group company.
The following data is collected by be.storaged when you apply:
Mandatory fields: Title, first name, last name, email address, password, postal code, telephone number
Voluntary information: Date of birth, address, alternative telephone number, existence of a severe disability, submitted application documents
Your data will be deleted no later than three months after completion of the application process. Regardless of this, you can view, edit or delete your data and the attached attachments (such as your resume) at any time as part of your online application. The controller within the meaning of Art. 4 GDPR is the group company named in the respective job advertisement. In the case of unsolicited applications, the group company to which you are applying on your own initiative is the responsible body.

be.storaged uses cookie technology in some areas of the website to provide exemplary customer service, convenient access to our products and services, and a wider range of services. Most of the cookies used by be.storaged are deleted after the end of the session. Google Ads
If you have reached our website via a Google ad, Google Ads will set a cookie on your computer. This cookie loses its validity after 30 days and it is not possible to draw conclusions about your person due to the stored information.

We use the information from the conversion cookie to obtain statistical evaluations regarding the convention rate. Bing Ads universal tracking
We use the conversion tracking “Bing Ads” from Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) on our site. The UET tag is a code that, in conjunction with the cookie, stores data about the use of the website. If be.storaged processes personal data relating to you, we will provide you with information on request about the categories of data concerned, the purposes of use, any recipients or categories of recipients of the data and the duration of the planned storage.

If the data processing takes place on the basis of a consent you have given, you have the right to revoke the consent at any time with effect for the future.

To whom does be.storaged GmbH transmit data
be.storaged transmits your data to processors in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Your data will only be processed by the processor within the legal framework and in accordance with the instructions of be.storaged. Be.storaged is responsible for data processing at the processor.

For the provision of services, be.storaged may transmit your data to cooperation partners. This takes place either on the basis of legal admissibility, or if you have given us your consent to do so.

Furthermore, we are obliged in certain cases to transmit your data to government agencies.

Existence of automated decision-making
We do not use any purely automated decision-making processes in accordance with Article 22 GDPR. Should we nevertheless use such a procedure in individual cases in the future, we will inform you separately about this, provided that this is required by law.
